As creations are delicate in nature, we are unfortunately unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
We do not deliver on Sundays except for special requests or if a special occasion i.e. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas were to fall on a Sunday.
Can I set a specific delivery date and time?
WOODVALE creations requires a 2-3 day lead time for all orders placed before 3pm. If orders are placed after 3pm, delivery lead time will be 4-days.
However, should you require a delivery sooner or on a specific date/time, please enter your details at checkout, email [email protected] or via the 'Contact Us' tab and we will do our best to accommodate.
Why do you collect my phone number at checkout?
We collect your phone number to ensure your delivery and/or pick up process is smooth. In the event we are not unable to deliver your order, if your recipient is not available or the address is incorrect, we may phone you for confirmation. Your phone number is kept securely and will never be shared with parties not involved with the delivery process.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? As WOODVALE creations are made to order an unique, we do not accept cancellations or refunds on orders. Please ensure all order details are correct at the time of ordering.
How do I care for WOODVALE florals?
Proper care of preserved florals will allow blooms to last two to five years.
- Do not water the florals
- Do not remove the arranged florals from the vase or wrapping
- Do not expose florals in direct sunlight, extreme heat or humidity
- Clean florals with a soft brush or low cool air
- Avoid crushing, pressing or folding the foliage, petals or flowers
